Qualifications

1. Must be an indigent.
2. Must be of good moral character and has not been held liable in any disciplinary action;
3. Post-graduate applicants must have at least three (3) years of work experience;
4. Must not be more than 40 years of age at the time of application;
5. Must enroll or be enrolled in at least 9 units per semester for post-graduate studies and at least 18 units for bachelor degree programs;

Must have obtained a general weighted average of at least "2.0" for a minimum load of 15 academic units for undergraduate student, if already enrolled; for graduate student, must have obtained a general weighted average of at least "1.75" based on baccalaureate degree program, if newly admitted or for a load of at least 9 units, if already enrolled.

Qualifications

1. Must be a female citizen and a bona fide sophomore student enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics, all of the University of the Philippines Program;
2. Must not have been held liable of any disciplinary action by the University, as certified by the Student Disciplinary Council;
3. Must not be a recipient of another academic scholarship;
4. Must write an essay about himself/herself.
5. Must have qualified under PD 80%, or FD (Full Discount), of the Socialized Tuition Program of the University and whose parents' annual gross income does not exceed P325,000;
6. Must have a minimum general weighted average ("GWA") of "2.0" and must have carried a load with no grade of "5.00", unremoved grade of "4.00" or uncompleted grade of "INC" in the semester immediately preceding the application;

Qualifications

1. Must be a Filipino citizen enrolled in BS Elementary Education (3rd or 4th yr);
2. Must be financially deserving. A student is financially deserving if his/her financial situation qualifies him/her for STFAP Bracket 7 or lower;
3. Must have obtained a general weighted average of at least “2.50” during the semester immediately preceding the application with no grade of “5.00” or unremoved grade of “4.00” or “Inc.”;
4. Must study on a full time basis and must carry the normal load;
5. Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship that will make the combined monthly stipend more than P5,000.00;
6. Must not have been found guilty of participating in any violent incident such as hazing and/or fraternity rumbles, whether on campus or off campus;
7. Must not have been found guilty of cheating or committing any act of misconduct.

4. Must not be a holder of any other scholarship or financial assistance. In case he/she holds or gets another scholarship/financial assistance, the student must inform the UP Office of Scholarships and Student Services (OSSS) so that there will be no duplication of benefits;
