Applicants must be descendants of Dr. Jose and Celestina Raymundo, as identified by the Trustees. A family tree will be provided to include the current members. Future members will be certified by birth certificates and signature of Trustees.

Jayceryll Malabuyoc De Chavez Scholarship

Must be a bona fide entering FRESHMAN student who graduated from U.P. Integrated School; must enroll in B.S. in Business economics, B.S. Economics and B.S. in Business Administration; must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant; must be financially needy (parents' annual gross income must not exceed P200,000.00); must submit an essay on the topic; "Why are you interested in applying for the scholarship and why do you deserve the educational award?"

Vicente B. Bello Scholarship Grant

Application is open for Second semester, AY 2014-2015.

Qualifications

1. Must be a bona fide freshman at College of Engineering, UP Diliman.
2. The courses covered by the scholarship will be limited to the following: a. BS Chemical Engineering b. BS Civil Engineering c. BS Computer Engineering d. BS Computer Science e. BS Electrical Engineering f. BS Electronics and Communications Engineering g. BS Geodetic Engineering h. BS Industrial Engineering i. BS Materials Engineering j. BS Mechanical Engineering k. BS Metallurgical Engineering l. BS Mining Engineering
3. Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
4. Must not have more than (2) scholarship grants (including the VBBSP)
5. Aside from the annual gross family income and STS category, the applicants will also be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: a. Per capita annual gross family b. Academic performance in high school/college c. Leadership results e. Other socio-economic indicators
6. Must be financially needy. The applicant must be an STS grantee whose annual gross family income does not exceed P200,000.

1. Transportation and miscellaneous expenses (P 500/mo. x 5 months) - P 2,500 per seemster
2. Living allowance @ P3,000/mo. x 5 months - P 15,000 per semester
3. Book allowance - P 2,500 per semester

Liberata Samonte Vda De Rayes Scholarship

Qualifications

1. financially deserving. A student is financially deserving if his financial situation qualifies him/her for STFAP Bracket 7 or lower;
2. the applicant must be preferably enrolled in BS Chemistry or BS Biology.
3. not the subject of disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension if already enrolled;
4. an average of at least "2.5" or better during the immediately preceding semester with no grade of "4" or "Inc." if already enrolled;
5. Filipino citizen;
6. a general weighted average of at least 85% in high school, if an entering freshman;

Benefit

1. P2,000 per semester.

Beta Sigma North West Scholarship

Qualifications

1. Must be a member of good standing of the BETA Sigma Fraternity who is enrolled in the University of the Philippines Diliman/Manila;
2. if an entering freshman, must have passed the UPCAT, if already enrolled, must have obtained an average grade of "2.5" or better and must have carried a load of at least 15 units with no grade of "5.00" or unremoved "4.00" or "inc." in the semester immediately preceding the application;
3. must belong to a family whose parents' annual gross income is less than P500,000.00;
4. must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;
5. must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.

Benefits

1. School fees as assessed but not to exceed P12,000 per semester
2. Book allowance P1,500 per semester
3. Monthly stipend at P1,500 x 5 months (P7,500 per semester)
4. Transportation allowance P250 per month (P1,250 per semester) Total: P22,250.00 per semester

Dr. Chio Shi Lin Scholarship Grant

Qualifications

1. He must be of good moral character issued by any of the following: a. Dean of Student Affairs b. Dean of the College c. A faculty member of the University
2. Must be financially needy
3. A graduating student of the University of the Philippines who is taking B.S. Mathematics;
4. The applicant must have passed all the subjects in his previous years of studies with an overall weighted average of at least "2.5";
5. Must carry a minimum load of 15 units per semester;

Manuel E. Arguilla Scholarship

Qualifications

1. Must be a bona fide students of the College of Arts and Letters;
2. must have at least one semester's residence in the College;
3. must have enrolled in at least 15 units during the immediately preceding semester, if undergraduate students; at least 9 units if graduate;
4. must have passed all the subjects enrolled in during the immediately preceding semester;
5. must show proof of talent in creative writing in terms of published work or manuscript.

Augusto A. Alzona Scholarship

Qualifications

1. Must be a Senior BS Mathematics student;
2. Completed at least 45 units in the Mathematics with an average of at least "2.0" and enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of award;
3. Must be of good moral character;
4. Recommended by the Chairman of the Department of Mathematics.

Emilia A. Alzona Schoarship

Qualifications

1. Must be a full-time Senior student in the College of Education;
2. Must be of good moral character as evidenced by a certificate issued by any of the following: Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVCSA), dean of the College, a faculty member of the College.
3. Must have a weighted average of "2.0" or better and must not have a grade of "5.0" or unremoved grade of "4" or "Inc." during the immediately preceding semester.
4. Must be actively involved in co-curricular activities as evidenced by supporting documents.

Up Sigma Alpha Sorority Alumnae Association Scholarship Grant

Qualifications

1. must be a bona fide female student of the University of the University of the Philippines Diliman, currently enrolled in any four-year degree program;
2. Obtained an average grade of "2.0" or better with NO grade of "5.00", unremoved grade of "4.00" or "Incomplete" in the semester immediately preceding the application;
3. Carries a load of at least 15 units for the current semester;
4. A member of the UP Sigma Alpha Sorority and,
5. Must be favorably endorsed by the current Prime Sister Exemplar and President of the UP Sigma Alpha Sorority Alumnae Association.
